Colin Wright created the animation without any context.

Alan Wright, contributing editor at Quillette, an online cultural commentary, sells this cartoon as an NFT.

Wright also posted an Etsy listing of a mug featuring political doodles.

In one of his tweets, Musk mentioned his political stance and said that he is a staunch supporter of President Barack Obama.
