Rob Kardashian claims that his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna hit him with a metal rod and pulled a gun on him during an argument in December 2016.
In the Kardashian-Jenners’ ongoing legal battle with Chyna, Rob, 35, testified on Wednesday that his relationship with Chyna, 33, was violent from the start, and alleged that the mother of his child beat him and threatened to kill him.
Rob – who was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt when he appeared in court – said the night of December 14, 2016 started with them joking around on their social media, with both posting videos of them kissing and laughing.
Inside the courtroom, a video of Rob was shown waving a $100 band and tossing it at Chyna, with the model appearing happily.
But the night allegedly turned violent, with dissent continuing into the next morning. Rob alleged that Chyna pulled a gun on him twice and hit him with a metal rod, scratching him, and hitting him with an iPhone cord.
“I dealt several blows to my face and back,” Rob claimed of the metal shaft that Chyna allegedly used to hit him.
He continued, “I tore my shirt early in the evening and we were throwing money at Snapchat.” “At first I thought it was fun. I didn’t think it got serious until the second gun encounter…You don’t put a gun at your fiancé’s head whether you think he’s loaded or not.”
When asked by Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, why there were no bruises in the videos recorded after the accident, Rob replied, “I’ve hit several hits on my body (with the metal rod)…but not everyone will bruise just because someone hit you. It left no trace. When I had a gun in my temple. The rope around my neck, I’m sure it left a mark, but no, I didn’t need a bandage.”
“Everything I’ve seen happened,” Rob continued. She was addicted to cocaine and alcohol. It has a history of doing so. Just because I don’t have tags doesn’t mean they are incorrect. Stop posting that there! not fair.”
The reality star was noticeably restless during his nearly two-hour testimony, raising his voice several times and getting into trouble with Ciani repeating questions.
When asked about spending New Year’s Eve together after the fight, Rob replied, “I have social anxiety…and gained a lot of weight. She forced me out of the house. I went to dinner and that was it. I wasn’t happy. Going out after I aimed a gun. To my head. She put this on her Snapchat, but it’s not happy for me. It’s just fake.”
Rob said he wanted to make his relationship work and support Chyna – with whom he shares daughter Dream, 5 – even when she claimed she repeatedly abused him. He said he slept a lot in his car until the next morning.
Rob said he was at a “very low” and “weaker” point in his life when he first started talking to Chyna, but at the time he was still single and was also texting other women.
He said, “I was probably in the worst place in my life…she was the only one who brought me in.” “I was so comfortable with her…and I was in my lonely moments. I ignored all the bad things. I have a very loving family but I gave myself to them.”
He also said that he never even liked her when he proposed to her. He said he did it more as a publicist for her and the now defunct E! Reality series, “Rob & Chyna”.
Chyna told the court last week that she She was “just kidding” when she put a gun in Rob’s head He wrapped the iPhone wire around his neck.
Chyna claimed that the threat was not serious and that Rob’s actions seem amusing.
Saw “Not loaded”. “I wasn’t going to shoot Rob or anyone at the time. It was just kidding, like, ‘HA, HA!”
