‘Avatar 2’ gets a title, with 3D teaser trailer shown at CinemaCon 2022-04-27 13:29:00

“One of the strengths of Jim Cameron’s scripts is that they are always universal and interconnected themes he weaves into,” said the Academy Award-winning producer.

“At the center of each of the four sequels will be the Sulli family. Each story will be self-contained and each party will come to their own end.” There will be “a satisfactory solution to each film, but when viewed as a whole, a journey through the four films will create an even greater epic saga.”

“The journey through all four films will create a connected story,” Landau said. “To achieve our goals, we need a strong partnership with you and the studio…an inclusive community.”

Cameron set off from Wellington, New Zealand where he is filming, expressing his sympathy to the show about the hardships of the industry during the pandemic.

He told the show, “I just want you to hear it from me: John and I are here to work with you,” he said. “The best way is to provide must-see content in the cinema.”

The Oscar-winning director said he was “working hard to finalize the film.” He added that the new films are “pUsing farther borders with higher frame rates, higher 3D resolution, and greater reality in our visual effects. I wanted our return to Pandora to be something really special. Every shot is designed for the largest screen, the highest resolution and the most comprehensive 3D available. I think we made it happen.”

The trailer will be shown exclusively in cinemas with Marvel’s Doctor Strange in a mad multiversewhich kicks off next week – starting May 4th internationally and May 6th domestically. That sparked applause in the room. The Avatar 2 The trailer will then be shown online a week later.
