Ant Anstead has applied for full custody of his two-year-old son Hudson with ex-wife Christina Hack after calling her a bad mother.
The TV presenter, 43, has claimed that the ‘Flip or Flop’ star, 38, has only spent “9 full days each month” with his child in the past 20 months in court documents. TMZ got it on Thursday.
According to the outlet, Anstead also accused Huck of putting Hudson at medical risk, citing one incident in particular in which the child had a sunburn that was so bad that it made him cry in pain.
The Wheeler Dealers co-host claimed that when he texted his ex-wife about the burn, she replied, “I didn’t feel hot. Give him some Tylenol im [sic] It will definitely be better tomorrow. “
Anstead also alleged in court documents that Hack returned their son in January without informing him that they had COVID-19, according to TMZ.
He added, “At that time he was my partner [Renée Zellweger] She was filming her new project and her diagnosis of the virus brought production to a halt entirely.”
Hack told Page Six through her rep in response to the request, “What Ant is doing deeply saddens me. If this really concerned Hudson, he says, this should have been dealt privately with a special judge or mediation, as my attorney and I have suggested.”
She concluded, “I’ve had my share of ups and downs but I’m a good mom and I love my kids with all my heart and will always protect them.”

According to TMZ, Anstead wants to prevent Haack from using their son in paid posts on social media for “commercial endeavours.”
